Le gouvernement et la CDC (Caisse des dépôts et consignations) ont signé courant février une convention dans le cadre de l’aide à la création et au financement des PME « innovantes ». Cette convention, à échéance de cinq années et à hauteur de 150 millions d’euros annuels, vise à financer des sociétés de capital investissement régional et le capital risque technologique, deux domaines en difficulté depuis trois ans.
Cette annonce s’inscrit dans le cadre du « Plan de soutien en faveur de l’innovation » présenté en avril 2003 par les ministères de l’Industrie et de la Recherche.
